The environment looks to be on board with supporting Tropical Storm Humberto's development into a hurricane before 11 September, thus narrowly missing breaking the record for the latest-formed Atlantic hurricane. Anyone else think Mother Nature is just sick of making the news?

At least its generally a fish storm other than Cape Verde Islands.
